Use of the Service

zInspector grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the zInspector platform for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, photos, and reports you create using zInspector. We do not sell your data or photos to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use zInspector only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or transmit harmful or unauthorized content.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Adding users results in prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period. Switching from monthly to annual billing results in a credit for the remaining monthly balance.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
